Experiences designed to help you reset

The Reset Club offers a range of small group experiences created to support both physical and mental wellbeing in a way that feels calm, considered and sustainable.

Each event is designed with the understanding that the body responds best when it is not under constant pressure, and that stepping away from the usual pace of life can have a meaningful impact on how you feel.

Our Reset Days take place just outside NYC and offer an opportunity to step out of the city for a few hours, move your body at a comfortable pace and spend time in a more natural environment.

These days are intentionally small and unstructured. The focus is not on performance or intensity, but on creating space to move, breathe and allow your system to settle.

Throughout the year, we offer longer, more immersive experiences designed for a deeper reset.

These include weekend retreats and seasonal escapes in locations across New York State and Connecticut, with a focus on rest, movement, and time away from everyday demands.

Some retreats will incorporate quieter elements such as guided stillness, quiet time, or periods of reduced external input, for those who feel the need to fully switch off.

Wellness weekends.

As the community grows, there will also be opportunities to join retreats further afield, including locations in Europe.

These will follow the same principles — thoughtful structure, supportive environments, and a focus on how you feel, not just what you do.
