It takes into account not just training and nutrition, but also the role of stress, recovery and the nervous system in how the body responds over time.

Many women find themselves doing a lot when it comes to their health, but not always seeing the results they expect.
Often, this is not due to lack of effort, but because the overall approach is not aligned with what their body needs at that time.
My coaching method focuses on creating a structure that feels sustainable and effective, without relying on extremes or constant intensity. I put the nervous system first.
